Amid Russian Military Buildup, Poland Reacts

On November 11, Poles celebrate the anniversary of regaining independence. On this occasion, patriotic celebrations are organized in many cities. The central ceremony of the holiday was held in Warsaw's Marshal Józef Pilsudski Square.

This year, November 11 will be celebrated under the slogan "Uniform Respect Day". On the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of regaining independence, the Polish Army invited Poles to 103 military units across the country, where they could see an exhibition showing the uniforms of the Polish Army. In the coming weeks, the exhibition will also be on display in front of the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw.

When visiting the halls of tradition on November 11, it was also possible to talk to the soldiers about their service or the history of the Polish army. The units also prepared displays of military equipment.
